IMPORTANT HIGH HOLY DAY PROTOCOL UPDATE

 

 

Due to developments regarding COVID-19 and the Delta variant, only fully-vaccinated members and fully-vaccinated member families with unvaccinated children under the age of 12 will be considered for High Holy Day seating. As we respond to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and plan for the High Holy Days, the health and welfare of our Sephardic Temple family members and guests remain our utmost priority.

 

Reservation requests are in the process of being reviewed and will be granted on an individual basis, space permitting. Please understand that submitting a reservation request does not guarantee a seat. The Temple office will notify registrants as to whether their requests have been granted. We will not be able to accept walk-ins or those who have not received registration confirmation.

 

Two seating sections are planned: (1) fully-vaccinated members; (2) fully-vaccinated members with unvaccinated children. Social distancing protocols and COVID-19 sanitation precautions will be followed.

 

Mask-wearing is required for all High Holy Day service attendees (i.e. face gaiters and bandanas etc., are not acceptable face-coverings). Children under 12 who are attending with fully-vaccinated adults must be able to wear a mask at all times. If you have not already done so, please contact the Temple office with a copy of your vaccination verification card.

 

Our COVID-19 Procedures and Policy are continuously updated after careful review of the guidance and directives from national and local authorities, as well as experts who advise the Jewish community.
